What is Spectrahut’s cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care with your order number before the shipment is done. As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and refund will be processed in your account.
No cancellation would be entertained for the dispatched orders.
What is Spectrahut’s Returns/Refund policy?
You can ask for refund if
- the product has a manufacturing defect or damaged, or you have received a product other than the one what you have ordered.
- You din’t like the product.
- Products not as per description/photo on the website.
What is your Return procedure?
The customer has to inform the customer care within 48 hours on given email ID email@example.com and log a complaint against the same by providing the following details
- Order No.
- Invoice No.
- Date of order and Date of Receive
- Nature of Complaint
- Image of Defective/Wrong Product
Note - Items falling under following categories CANNOT be returned:
- Consumable items like Food, Beverages,cosmetics and any type of consumable.
- Bulky items like Furniture/ Statues/ Paintings/ Temples (Mandir)
- Custom or made-to-order products like nameplates/dresses etc.
If the returned defective piece is no longer available in stock, in that case, we will refund your money back in your account or we will generate the coupon for the same amount for your next shopping.

Note: The return shipping to our address for the product will be borne by the customer.
*Cash on delivery convenience charge or shipping charge would not be included in the refund value as this is non-refundable charge.
Who will pay for the return courier?
Spectrahut will pay Rs.100 to you against your shipping charges. Once the seller gets the item back. Buyer will get the 100/- + refundable amount for the purchase made.
